I plan President’s Club trips, sales incentive trips, and employee reward trips for groups of about 10 to 100. Most of the people who contact me are owners, sales leaders, or HR leaders at small and mid-size companies. They already know they want to take the group somewhere memorable. They do not want to spend the next few months assembling it themselves.

I start with the group. How many people? When do you want to travel? Is the trip supposed to reward the year, give the team a reset, or give people a reason to push for the next target? The destination and planning come after that, not before.

I work from a set of places that hold up well for incentive groups. If the right answer is somewhere else, I build that too. I plan the hotels, flights, transfers, private dinners, the experiences, and some downtime. You deal with one person from start to finish.
